I made the assumption that most of you would know most of the acronyms used in yesterdays post.  On the side chance that I’m wrong I’ve decided to list each one with their full title in the order as they appeared yesterday. I’m sure there will be a few surprises for you or at least I hope there will.   Here they are.

  1. I actually printed up 50 copies once of a ‘test’ I thought, in a moment of arrogance, to give my employees back when I had 45 of them, each less conversant in modern knowledge than the next. And part of the test was a list of acronyms to explain. Of course in the end I decided not to badger the poor guys. There are other things in life equally important, plus, it felt so ‘invasive’.
    One of the terrors in those days was a visit from OSHA (Occupational and Safety Administration) They loved giving out fines even to us, white as the driven snow.
    That was before the advent of DVDs (digital video devices).
    So yeah, other then them two, I gots me a perfect score here for a change. Keep it up during the long FNEAS winter. (Far North Eastern American Seaboard ) . which I just coined./JS
